Mastering Spices & Herbs Freshly ground spices can transform your cooking — and in this class, you’ll learn how to create your own blends from scratch and put them to delicious use. You’ll discover: -How to toast and grind whole spices for maximum flavor -Herb and spice combinations for soups, meats, shellfish, and seafood -The difference between fresh and dried herbs — and when to use each -How to store spices so they stay potent longer Hands-on & Flavor-Packed: Each participant receives: 4 spice containers to fill with your own signature blends A quality spice grinder to take home Recipes and guidance to create custom sauces A cooking session where we’ll prepare dishes using your blends

Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 48 hours before your class start date. If DiCristo Meals has to cancel a class, you have the option to reschedule or receive a refund for that missed class, which can take up to 14 business days to process . If the client cancels in less than 48 hours, a refund will not be given as an option. If you purchase a course, with multiple classes, a partial refund may be considered if a schedule conflict should arise , and an alternative date can not be decided on either side. Clients have 30 days from the purchase date to request a partial refund. Refunds will not be given, if requested after 30 days. If you choose to cancel your course before its completion, you also have the option to receive a credit to use on any other services that DiCristo Meals provides, to be used within 6 months of receiving the credit.
