*Lets start with an Authentic Bouillabaisse to ignite the pallet, served with fresh mussels and prawn
Next, we'll explore a French favorite, Camembert en Croute, a homemade French puff pastry with fresh camembert cheese, fresh cranberry preserve, paired with finely
chopped herbs and mixed greens, tossed in balsamic spice
*A Fondant Potato and Scallops, paired with a butter and herb crusted scallop, placed on a bed of fresh arugula and toasted pecans, with a creamy horseradish and lemon glaze
*Steak Au Poivre, garnished with a cajun and peppercorn sauce, and paired with creamy polenta and roasted peppers
*A savory Crab Ettoufee on a fresh fried green tomato, garnished with shredded herbs, and toasted red chili
