In this hands-on cooking class, you'll learn the techniques behind smooth and creamy white cheddar grits topped with seared Cajun shrimp, and crispy fried green tomatoes with a spicy étouffée. Discover the secrets to making the elusive fluffy and tender biscuit. For dessert, practice your flambé skills to make a bananas Foster with homemade ice cream. To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 48 hours before your class start date. If DiCristo Meals has to cancel a class, you have the option to reschedule or receive a refund for that missed class, which can take up to 14 business days to process . If the client cancels in less than 48 hours, a refund will not be given as an option. If you purchase a course, with multiple classes, a partial refund may be considered if a schedule conflict should arise , and an alternative date can not be decided on either side. Clients have 30 days from the purchase date to request a partial refund. Refunds will not be given, if requested after 30 days. If you choose to cancel your course before its completion, you also have the option to receive a credit to use on any other services that DiCristo Meals provides, to be used within 6 months of receiving the credit.
