In this interactive class, Chef Pamela brings those classics to life with a curated menu that blends comfort and refinement. You’ll learn how to: Perfect crispy fried green tomatoes topped with a luscious crab étouffée Bake fluffy, tender Southern-style biscuits with creamy homemade gravy Master silky white cheddar grits crowned with seared Cajun shrimp, straight from New Orleans inspiration Flambé your way through bananas Foster, served with velvety homemade ice cream Along the way, you’ll pick up tips for seasoning with confidence, balancing heat with depth, and creating the kind of dishes that feel like home — no matter where you’re from. ✨ Adult beverages & classic Southern cocktails will be served to complement the meal.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 48 hours before your class start date. If DiCristo Meals has to cancel a class, you have the option to reschedule or receive a refund for that missed class, which can take up to 14 business days to process . If the client cancels in less than 48 hours, a refund will not be given as an option. If you purchase a course, with multiple classes, a partial refund may be considered if a schedule conflict should arise , and an alternative date can not be decided on either side. Clients have 30 days from the purchase date to request a partial refund. Refunds will not be given, if requested after 30 days. If you choose to cancel your course before its completion, you also have the option to receive a credit to use on any other services that DiCristo Meals provides, to be used within 6 months of receiving the credit.
