Service Description

Sharpen your skills and get fresh ideas, all while exploring different cuisines. Tis the season to learn something new! This class is for locals in the Santa Barbara County area. Local participants have the option of joining Chef Pamela in her kitchen for your class, or she can travel to you. In this class, we'll explore the wonders of cultural flavors, technique, history, menu execution, plating, and so much more! Delightedly, we've included wine and specialty cocktail pairings. When completing your booking form, you'll be asked to select a cuisine of your liking. Once we've received your selections, we'll send a few menu options for you to choose from, or we can create your menu from scratch....together.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 48 hours before your class start date. If DiCristo Meals has to cancel a class, you have the option to reschedule or receive a refund for that missed class, which can take up to 14 business days to process . If the client cancels in less than 48 hours, a refund will not be given as an option. If you purchase a course, with multiple classes, a partial refund may be considered if a schedule conflict should arise , and an alternative date can not be decided on either side. Clients have 30 days from the purchase date to request a partial refund. Refunds will not be given, if requested after 30 days. If you choose to cancel your course before its completion, you also have the option to receive a credit to use on any other services that DiCristo Meals provides, to be used within 6 months of receiving the credit.
