I'm so excited to step outside the norm, and share a different side of my culinary palette, and for this Chefs Table, we're honoring my husbands South Italian heritage. 🇮🇹 Italian Classics – A Hands-On Cooking Experience Buon appetito! Join Chef Pamela for an unforgettable evening of Italian flavors, where every course is handcrafted and paired with a perfectly matched wine or cocktail. Together, we’ll cook, taste, sip, and celebrate the spirit of Italy. Menu for the Evening Homemade Flatbread Pizza & Caprese – warm, wood-fired style flatbread with fresh mozzarella, basil, and vine-ripened tomatoes, paired with an ice-cold Birra Moretti Classic Italian Caesar Salad – crisp romaine with housemade dressing, shaved Parmigiano, and garlic croutons Seafood en Brodo with Tarragon Pesto – delicate seafood in a fragrant broth, finished with vibrant herb pesto White Chocolate Tiramisu Cheesecake – a decadent twist on the classic, paired with a refreshing Sgroppino al Limone ✨ Each course is paired with a wine or cocktail to complete the experience.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 48 hours before your class start date. If DiCristo Meals has to cancel a class, you have the option to reschedule or receive a refund for that missed class, which can take up to 14 business days to process . If the client cancels in less than 48 hours, a refund will not be given as an option. If you purchase a course, with multiple classes, a partial refund may be considered if a schedule conflict should arise , and an alternative date can not be decided on either side. Clients have 30 days from the purchase date to request a partial refund. Refunds will not be given, if requested after 30 days. If you choose to cancel your course before its completion, you also have the option to receive a credit to use on any other services that DiCristo Meals provides, to be used within 6 months of receiving the credit.
