Our 6 Course Menu for the Evening **Small plate servings 1st Course Starting with a Porterhouse Crostini with a spicy cranberry jam and a creamy horseradish sauce, paired with a nice Syrah Wine 2nd Course Another classic, Shrimp and Corn Chaudrée, garnished with white cheddar and crispy bacon, paired with an Oak-Aged Chardonnay 3rd Course Next, we'll enjoy a New Orleans classic, we sometimes call "Father of Louisiana" but its formal name is Oysters Bienville 4th Course It's time to elevate our taste buds with a Crawfish Stuffed Rack of Lamb, garnished with a creamy avocado mash, paired with a Sauvignon Blanc wine. 5th Course This creamy and spicy Cajun Carbonara with seared scallops is paired with an Italian White Wine 6th Course White Chocolate Creme Brulee with a raspberry glaze, paired with a ripe Sauternes

Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 48 hours before your class start date. If DiCristo Meals has to cancel a class, you have the option to reschedule or receive a refund for that missed class, which can take up to 14 business days to process . If the client cancels in less than 48 hours, a refund will not be given as an option. If you purchase a course, with multiple classes, a partial refund may be considered if a schedule conflict should arise , and an alternative date can not be decided on either side. Clients have 30 days from the purchase date to request a partial refund. Refunds will not be given, if requested after 30 days. If you choose to cancel your course before its completion, you also have the option to receive a credit to use on any other services that DiCristo Meals provides, to be used within 6 months of receiving the credit.
