About the event
Join Chef Pamela DiCristo, as she takes us on a culinary exploration of French and Cajun Cusine. Enjoy a series of small plates, each paired with a special cocktail or vinatage wine.
We invite you to join this very special Chef's table, with 10 seats per reservation and only with 6 seatings...these tickets won't last long!

Appetizers
Fried Green Tomatoes, served paired with a silkey crab etouffee
Fresh "Jumbo" BBQ Shrimp, served with grilled "homemade" french bread, spicy garlic and herb infused butter, with a homemade bbq sauce.
Main Courses
Filet de Saumon
Buter Herbed Salmon, stuffed with a creamy medly of fresh scallops, shrimp, creme spinach, and agaed parmesan, garnished in a bernaise sauce, served with char grilled asparagus, garnished with roasted almonds, and cloud mashed potatoes, blended with fresh roasted garlic, parsley, and creme
Rack of Lamb with a Crawfish Stuffing
Lamb chops, stuffed with crawfish dressing, served with a mushroom risotto, and char grilled Brussels sprouts, garnished with roasted pecans, and aged white cheddar
Dessert
White Chocolate Tiramisu Cheesecake, served with a sauce au chocolate
Bourbon Pecan Pie, served with a brown sugar and burbouboun glaze, garnish with a homemade vanilla and mint ice cream.

Crab Crochet Eggs Benedict, served with mixed greens, roasted beets, and sweet tangerines

Simple Omelet, made with fresh creme cheese, and garnished with roasted tomatoes and basil

Homemade Beignets, served with a chocolate coffee shot
Baked Peaches, served with burrata, brown sugar glazed pecans, garneshed with fresh ment
