About the event

Join Chef Pamela DiCristo, as she takes us on a culinary exploration of Southern and Cajun Cuisine with French influences. Enjoy a series of small plates, each paired with a special cocktail or vintage wine.

Our Dinner and Brunch Menus are listed below, with dinners served on Saturdays and brunch on Sundays.

Appetizers

Fried Green Tomatoes, served paired with a silky crab etouffee

Fresh "Jumbo" BBQ Shrimp, paired with freshly made french baguette from the grill, with spicy garlic and herb infused butter, with a homemade BBQ sauce

Main Courses

Filet with Marchand de Vin Grilled a center-cut beef tenderloin, marchand de vin sauce, butter-braised mushrooms, with yukon gold mashed potatoes

Rack of Lamb with a Crawfish Stuffing

Lamb chops, stuffed with crawfish dressing, served with a mushroom risotto, and char grilled Brussels sprouts, garnished with roasted pecans, and aged white cheddar

Dessert

Mousse au Chocolat

Bourbon Pecan Pie, served with a brown sugar and burbouboun glaze, garnished with a spiced homemade vanilla ice cream

~Breakfast Menu

Appetizers

A fresh Creme Yogurt,  made in house and with an aged blueberry puree and fried granola crisp

French Quiche Lorraine, with smoked prosciutto

Entree

Crab Crochet Eggs Benedict, served with mixed greens, roasted beets, and sweet tangerines

Sweet Potato French Toast, garnished with black pepper bacon and fresh creme

​

Little French Omelet, served with a rosemary and basil tomato puree

​

Dessert

Homemade Beignets, served with a chocolate coffee shot

Baked Peaches, with burrata, glazed pecans and mint

*** Please note that we can accomodate all seafood allergies, with modification options sent at your requests.

**Our Dinner Menu is served on Saturday Nights only

**Book as a group of 10 and receive 2 additional menus to choose from

** Specialty Cocktails, Wine (Sourced Locally) and Additional Beverages are included

** Seating is in a beautiful outdoor setting
