Desserts That Steal the Show – A Thanksgiving Baking Experience No Thanksgiving is complete without dessert, but not all pies are created equal. In this class, Chef Pamela guides you through the holiday sweets that make guests linger at the table and come back for seconds. You’ll master pie crusts that actually flake, custards that set beautifully, and flavors that feel both traditional and fresh. Featured treats include: Pumpkin Pie – spiced custard with a silky, foolproof finish. Pecan Tart – rich, gooey, and drizzled with caramel. Seasonal Surprise Dessert – a chef’s-choice sweet to add flair to your holiday table. And because it’s the holidays, you’ll also enjoy a touch of festive potpourri — think bourbon-spiked whipped cream, sparkling sugared cranberries, or playful plating tricks that make your desserts look as stunning as they taste.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 48 hours before your class start date. If DiCristo Meals has to cancel a class, you have the option to reschedule or receive a refund for that missed class, which can take up to 14 business days to process . If the client cancels in less than 48 hours, a refund will not be given as an option. If you purchase a course, with multiple classes, a partial refund may be considered if a schedule conflict should arise , and an alternative date can not be decided on either side. Clients have 30 days from the purchase date to request a partial refund. Refunds will not be given, if requested after 30 days. If you choose to cancel your course before its completion, you also have the option to receive a credit to use on any other services that DiCristo Meals provides, to be used within 6 months of receiving the credit.
