Turkey, Dressing & Gravy: The Main Event Every Thanksgiving table has a turkey, but not every turkey gets remembered. This class is your chance to master the bird and the dishes that make it shine. You’ll learn how to: Brine your bird so it’s juicy all the way through. Build layers of flavor with fresh herbs, citrus, and aromatics. Keep the meat moist (no more dry white meat!). Make a Southern-style dressing that stands on its own. Whip up silky, rich gravy that ties the whole plate together. Carve and plate like a pro, so it looks as good as it tastes. By the end, you won’t just cook Thanksgiving dinner, you’ll own it.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 48 hours before your class start date. If DiCristo Meals has to cancel a class, you have the option to reschedule or receive a refund for that missed class, which can take up to 14 business days to process . If the client cancels in less than 48 hours, a refund will not be given as an option. If you purchase a course, with multiple classes, a partial refund may be considered if a schedule conflict should arise , and an alternative date can not be decided on either side. Clients have 30 days from the purchase date to request a partial refund. Refunds will not be given, if requested after 30 days. If you choose to cancel your course before its completion, you also have the option to receive a credit to use on any other services that DiCristo Meals provides, to be used within 6 months of receiving the credit.
