Service Description

Our 6 Course Menu for the Evening **Small plate servings 1st Course Starting with a Cajun Crab Cake, served with on a bed of fresh arugula, red onions, and hand picked cherry tomatoes, tossed in a homemade basil and honey vinaigrette paired with a nice Syrah Wine. 2nd Course Gumbo Des Herbes, honoring the late great Leah Chase, owner of the legendary Dookie Chase in New Orleans, LA. We're pairing this dish with an Oak-Aged Chardonnay 3rd Course Next, we'll enjoy a New Orleans staple, oysters vol-au-vent, a fresh homemade puff pastry, stuffed with a creamy oyster pot au feu. 4th Course It's time to elevate our taste buds with a Stuffed Flounder, with fresh crab, buttery herbs and peppers served over cloud potatoes, and paired with a Sauvignon Blanc wine. 5th Course A Chefs Favorite... Cajun Jumbo shrimp, on a bed of creamy cajun pasta, served with a soft Chardonnay. 6th Course Chocolate Java Mousse, with a white chocolate bread pudding, paired with a Coconut Chai Hot Toddy and Chicory Coffee

If DiCristo Meals has to cancel a class, you have the option to reschedule or receive a refund, which can take up to 10 business days to process . If the client cancels in less than 48 hours, a refund will not be issued.
