Beginning this October, Chef Pamela invites just eight guests at a time into a rare culinary performance where dinner, storytelling, history, and live cooking unfold together.
Every dish is prepared in front of you.
You’ll hear the sizzle, smell the butter and herbs as they hit the pan, watch each course take shape, and taste the food at the moment it is ready, fresh from the skillet, the oven, or the flame.
This is not a traditional cooking class and it is not a conventional Chef’s Table.
It is a show.
Each evening is built around a story, place, memory, or culinary tradition. As Chef Pamela cooks, she shares the history behind the food, the people who shaped it, the techniques that make it special, and the stories that give the dishes meaning.
Each course becomes a chapter.
Each taste moves the story forward.
And because no two evenings unfold exactly the same way, every performance is its own experience.
An Evening on Chef Pamela’s Private Patio
The entire performance takes place outdoors on Chef Pamela’s private patio, with beautiful views across Santa Barbara.
The patio becomes both kitchen and stage, an intimate open-air setting where guests sit close enough to watch every dish come together, smell the ingredients as they cook, and taste each course moments after it leaves the pan.
As evening settles over Santa Barbara, the food, storytelling, music, conversation, and view become part of the performance.

The full menu is intentionally not revealed in advance.
Part of the experience is watching the evening unfold, seeing ingredients become dishes, tasting elements as they come from the pan, and discovering how each course connects to the story being told.
Expect food prepared with intention, ingredients chosen at their peak, and an evening that feels somewhere between dinner, theater, and having a front-row seat in a chef’s kitchen.

Seats: 8 guests per performance
Tickets: $95 per guest, plus tax and gratuity

Because each performance is limited to eight guests, advance reservations are required.
