How does it work?
1.Work directly with our Chef on what your nutritional needs are.
2. Based on the information you provide, your meals are customized to meet your individual needs... from your level of spice, calorie requirements, portion size (which differs from person to person) to requesting your favorite veggies and sides.
3. Request all or some vegetarian, vegan, or pescatarian meals.
4. Pause your service at anytime (48 hour notice)
5. Receive weekly updates, recipes, snack ideas, and check-ins from Coach Chris and Chef Pamela.
