-Stuffed Acorn Squash (vegetarian)


-Shrimp and Cauliflower Grits

(sub cauliflower grits for couscous)


-Grilled Pork Chops with homemade Apple-sauce and Jasmine Rice 

(Sub porkchops for fish or chicken)


-Asian Bowl with grilled peppers, onions, tofu, carrots, and fresh sesame with a peanut sauce
