Zuppa Toscana, wildey known as an "Olive Garden favorite here in the States, has a different name in Italy, which is referred to as a minestra di pane, which means "bread soup".
We've taken this classic recipe and made it our own. Keeping with the traditional
flavors we've come to recognize, it's the time, quality of ingredients, and the technique in which we bring it all together that really sets our recipe apart from the rest.
